History[]
MAIKO was created on the spot, not thought of at all until Springtrapthecreepyrabbit was scrolling through the list of categories and saw the category 'Derivatives of MAIKA'. She clicked on the category link and saw there was no genderbend of MAIKA, and thought, I MUST MAKE A GENDERBEND OF MAIKA and so MAIKO was created.

MAIKO was designed to be an awesome genderbend of MAIKA, as the mission of Springtrapthecreepyrabbit is to make sure EVERY SINGLE VOCALOID has a genderbend.
Etymology[]
MAIKO's name is just MAIKA's name with an O instead of an A, to make the name masculine.
Appearance[]
MAIKO has hair that is pretty much the same as MAIKA's. He wears dark teal leggings, pink knee-high boots, and a pink, white, dark-teal, and teal-ish gray shirt. He has pink eyes like MAIKA's.
Personality[]
MAIKO is a bit of a pervert. He is very naive, narcissistic, and honestly not that smart, other than being able to speak English AND Japanese as well as his native Spanish. He loves dessert and alcohol, and gets drunk rather easy.
