Kasane Pearto (梨テト) is a FANLOID derivative character of Kasane Teto's face edited on a pear.

She is a well-renowned former firefighter who worked at the Teto County Fire Station, having miraculous feats of heroism attributed to her. She is described as being "peary" good at her job. Contrarily, she is also a serial arsonist, setting light to any building she comes across. She also perpetrates cyberattacks in which, when a call is received from her, the phone battery begins to overheat and promptly explode, setting fire to anything flammable nearby. She was quietly discharged from the fire department upon scandals involving financial scams and drug dealings. in may of 2025 she got caught trying to meet up with a 12 year old boy for fun. D.A.P (Dads against predators) caught her in a sting operation

She tastes good, having a flavor of a pear with a slight hint of honey, and is 92 calories. Although, on Tuesdays, she is known to be upwards of 2000 calories, in celebration of Teto Tuesday. Eating her isn't recommended, however, as just one bite will trigger one to slowly and painfully transform into a pear.

Lore and Criminal History[]

Early Childhood[]

Born at a pear orchard, and raised in a fruit market, Kasane Pearto is a fruit mutation of Kasane Teto. She spent all of her childhood years in that fruit market, surrounded by many others like her, all taking the forms of other fruit. During this time, she slowly began to discover herself, and what she found was a soul of chaos and evil. She also learned of the precarious situation she and her kind were in, the discrimination and hunting of the Teto mutations by some of humankind. If she was to make it in this world, she would need to be vigilant and careful. Upon becoming ripe, she was released onto the world, some day assuredly going down in history.

Teto County Fire District[]

One cloudy day, after leaving the fruit market on her journey to find her place in the world, Pearto tragically crashed into a vehicle, killing the family of five inside. It is unknown how she got behind the wheel that fateful day, but it is rumored that Vodka was involved. Pearto, having been badly wounded and knocked unconscious, had to be rescued by the fire department. After recovering from her injuries, her lawyer managed to get her charges dismissed in the proceeding legal trials (he's a good man). Pearto, out of admiration for those who saved her, decided to join them and become a firefighter herself at the Teto County Fire District.

Despite becoming a firefighter, however, Pearto was still, at heart, an agent of evil and chaos. At day, Pearto would perform feats of miraculousness and heroism, saving the day no matter the situation. At night, however, she would go on arsonistic rampages, setting fire to any building she came across. While she knew this double life as both a firefighter and arsonist was wrong and that she would be found out eventually, it was very exciting and invigorating. She just couldn't stop herself, the thoughts and urges to spread chaos were all-consuming, as if it were an opioid dependency that needed to be fed at any cost. Eventually, she even began cyberattacks upon the residents of Teto County with the purpose causing the batteries of everyone's phones to overheat and explode, spreading even more flames and destruction. Caught in Pearto's wrath, Blueberry Kaito almost became one of her victims, as his phone set his car ablaze while on the highway. However, Pearto manage to pull him out of the flaming wreckage just in time.

Tasateko[]

At a Bojangles in North Carolina, she met Tasateko, becoming fast friends. However, after developing feelings for each other, they fell out due to them both having internalized homophobia. This would spark a seemingly lifelong hatred for each other, in spite of their true feelings. After going separate ways, Tasateko became rich through legal means. On the other hand, Pearto became rich through scamming and dealing drugs while working at the Teto County Fire Department. However, due to Pearto's less-than-secretive criminal activity, she was found out by the Teto County Fire Department. Out of respect for her heroic activity while on duty (and possibly a lack of want for dealing with legal proceedings), she was simply quietly discharged from service rather than imprisoned.

Years later, while Tasateko was enjoying a scenic morning on her yacht, about to partake in some morning wine drinking, she was suddenly confronted by Pearto, who managed to sneak her way onto the yacht, undetected. Before Tasateko could kick her off the yacht and back out of her life, Pearto threatened to report Tasateko's illegal cheese imports, having bugged her phone. Pearto, seemingly out of nowhere, then proposed marriage - not for love, as they were both homophobic, but because she needed legal benefits. Tasateko, enraged at the proposition, attacked Pearto, but due to the small size and nimbleness of a pear, she failed, only injuring herself in the process. Defeated, and considering her past relationship with Shiteyan'yo, begrudgingly agreed.

Over time, what started off as only a marriage of convenience slowly began turning into anything but. They began to move past their homophobic tendencies and started developing true, romantic feelings for each other once again. Spending time with each other, going out on dates, and long, romantic evenings on Tasateko's yacht - what had originally been a burning hatred for each other had slowly evolved into a new light in each other's lives. In private, they finally had their wedding, in celebration of what they had become together.

Anti Yuri Force[]

Unfortunately, the love in the air was caught wind of by the Anti Yuri Force, a terrorist organization led by Akita Neru and Sweet ANN which is dedicated to the eradication of all yuri and himejoshis. The love kindling between the two Teto mutations angered the Anti Yuri Force, who subsequently set their targets on the newlywed couple. In a tragic and horrible act of terrorism, a guided missile was launched at Tasateko's yacht while she and Pearto were having a relaxing evening. Tasateko, while receiving serious injuries, managed to survive the explosion. Pearto, however, was tragically lost, her death sweeping the news and saddening the many she had saved as a firefighter and those who grew to care and admire her for her heroism.

Shortly after the tragedy, Tasateko, screaming out for Pearto while fading in and out of consciousness, was recovered from the water and transported to the hospital. Either due to fate or coincidence, she ended up in the same room Pearto stayed in while recovering from her car crash. Tasateko, in a week long coma, had only dreams of spending her life with Pearto, countless evenings on the yacht, walking arm-in-stem through town, Pearto's fruity embrace, enduring hardships with each other to lean on, growing old together. Upon awakening, Tasateko, in a grief-fueled rage, began to plan out an act of pure desperation and spite.

During Tasateko's recovery, Neru managed to take control of the government, installing a fascist regime with herself and the Anti Yuri Force at the top. President Obama and Vice President Biden would enact her will, being reduced to simply the pawns of her new Anti Yuri government. The first step, of course, was to pass new laws completely banning yuri, which triggered riots to break out all across the country. Tasateko, having recovered, found herself in an unrecognizable, miserable country. However, she had some business to settle. Tasateko, with complete disregard for her life, tracked down and assassinated Neru, who had been unguarded.

Tasateko, after the deed had been done, finally had a chance to process everything that had happened, and grieved over the loss of Pearto. During this time, she began to become overwhelmed with the desire to, at the very least, have one last forbidden kiss with Pearto. So, in a desperate bid, began to pour over academic texts and research papers, learning all she could. She was researching a way to revive Pearto. After countless months spent feverishly working away, enough sleepless nights to make even the hardiest pass out from exhaustion, she had it. Hijacking a secret research laboratory, Tasateko managed to bring Pearto's soul back from the depths of hell and infuse it into a new vessel (a random pear bought from a market down the street). The two lovers were finally reunited.

Yuri War[]

It wasn't all sunshine and rainbows, however, as the two were currently trapped under a government ran by the Anti Yuri Force. If the two were to live happily ever after, they would need to do something about the terrorist organization leading the country. After the assassination of Neru, in a showing of surprising levels of adaptability, the Anti Yuri Force quickly appointed a new leader: GUMI. GUMI was just as, if not more ruthless than Neru ever was, vowing that yuri was dead and that she would personally kill all himejoshis herself. Despite still being homophobic, Pearto and Tasateko, being gay lovers in spite of their homophobia, were forced to confront the Anti Yuri Force head on as part of the Yuri Rebel Force.

Despite many attacks on Anti Yuri Force bases, facilities, and supply lines, there was seemingly no affect on the regime. And with the entire military under their control, many among the Yuri Rebel Force would be lost in every operation. With seemingly no hope for making progress, a decision was made to do something drastic. In a last resort, they enlisted the help of Gus Fring, who, despite his sociopathic tendencies, was also their only hope. With his help, they suddenly began to overwhelm the Anti Yuri Force with their superior strength.

With the sudden bolstering of strength among the Yuri Rebel Force, the Anti Yuri Force was completely devastated. They couldn't hope to defend against the attacks, and once their entire supply line was taken out, they didn't have much hope left of winning the war. Due to their nature as a terrorist organization, they didn't have any allies to rely upon, so they were on their own. In the end, Tasateko confronted GUMI, who, despite the situation, seemed to have an aversion to surrender on par with even the Romans. What transpired could only be described as a one-sided beating, as GUMI was helpless against Tasateko's relentless kicks. Finally, Tasateko left some words as a parting gift before ending things once and for all. "Stop fucking around".

She is referred to as Nashi Teto (梨テト) in the Japanese community, with the literal translation being 'Pear Teto".
Pearto is a play on the words, 'Pear' and 'Teto'.

Kasane Teto, they're most likely related. Or Teto turned into a pear. Whether Pearto is a transformation of Teto or a separate entity has yet to be confirmed.
Tasateko, Tasateko and Pearto are said to be a "good pear", being shipped by some. In notable Tasateko/Pearto media, they are interpreted as lovers; doomed by the Anti Yuri Force and their own internalized homophobia.
Evil Kasane Pearto, the inverse of Pearto, committing no crimes aside from killing Peartos. They hate each other. Many Peartos died to evil Pearto's hands.
